Administrator
Temporary Role/4 Weeks
Slaithwaite
£13 per hour
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
My client is recruiting for an experienced administrator to work within their small, friendly office to handle a range of administrative tasks. This role will be temporary for around 4 weeks starting on 2nd January. Ideally you will be available on the 23rd December for a day’s introduction and training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and outlook. You must also have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
*Handle customer orders from start to finish
*Manage customer loans and returns
*Maintain product traceability spreadsheets
*Liaise with customers as necessary
*Prepare weekly shipped product overview
*Perform weekly stock take
*Maintain filing system and general document management
*Maintain IT back-up system
*Other administrative tasks as required
