Primary Teacher Opportunities in Stoke-on-Trent
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Start Date: Immediate and January 2025 roles available
Position Type: Long-term, Short-term, and Day-to-day
Salary: £110 - £170 per day, negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
*Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and collaborate.
*Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
*Establish clear classroom routines and implement effective behavior management strategies to support a focused learning environment.
*Work closely with fellow teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure each student’s individual needs are met.
*Integrate technology into lessons to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for the future.
*Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
*Experience in differentiating lessons to accommodate various learning abilities
*Passionate about creating a dynamic learning environment that fosters student growth and development
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school community
