Job Description:
Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager - this role is home based / agile working to join our transformation team. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, plus car allowance & excellent benefits!

We are an experienced and innovative Heating and Compliance, reactive/planned maintenance, renewable technology and new build specialist that is committed to putting customers and clients at the heart of everything we do.
Working alongside the Pre-Contract and Customer Director and Transformation Team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities for this Business Development Manager role are:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
*Account management
*Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
*Collaborate with internal teams
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities
*Prepare and deliver presentation and proposals
*Negotiate contracts and close deals
*Undertake allocated activity
What we are looking for in our ideal Business Development Manager:
Completed GCSE (Maths & English). Degree preferably in finance, marketing or business management. Valid driving license. Sales and marketing experience essential, business development or related experience within social housing and decarbonisation preferred. Experience maximising a CRM tool that drives opportunity.
