Job Description:
Role: Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 plus benefits
IMMEDIATE START
Inizio are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our client at their Head Office in Huthwaite, Sutton-In-Ashfield. The role will be to plan and manage the delivery of planned maintenance works and supporting the Framework Manager in the coordination of this.
Key Responsibilities:
*Management of weekly timesheets for employees within the Engineering department
*Reviewing weekly timesheets and ensuring all of the data is accurate and any missing data completed;
*Updating the management system with up to date information on all live projects;
*Managing the teams daily diary and activities;
*Assisting in the preparation of application invoices;
*Working closely with the HR team to ensure holiday periods are covered;
*Assisting in appraisals of employees as and when required;
*Managing employees for successful completion of workloads and working closely with the Project Managers;
*Identifying project risks, understanding and maintaining project profitability
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within a Senior Administrative capacity and ideally have had some exposure working within an Engineering Team and Finance reporting.
