Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? If so, a role as a Customer Service Advisor could be for you! This is a temporary position until February with the possibility of extension. Training starting before Christmas.
Day To Day
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
*Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy.
*Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
*Informing customers of special offers and deals.
*Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system.
*Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
*Brochure packing.
We Would Love To See
*Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important).
*Confident telephone manner.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
*Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.
