Job Description:
Exciting and newly created role at a top city law firm, who are now looking for an experienced PA to join them supporting the Head of the International Board and the wider central management team. This role is pivotal in the coordination of the firms’ international strategies, supporting with board activities and business development initiatives. The successful PA will be highly organised, with experience in international travel management and organisation of complex itineraries.
Key responsibilities:
*Organisation and management of board meetings to include minute taking and following up on action points.
*Diary management.
*International travel arrangements to include detailed itineraries, visas, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
*Coordination of international events and board functions.
*Work closely with the business development team with international initiatives and event planning.
*Act as gatekeeper and main point of contract for all matters in regard to the International Board, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
*Support the Head of International with projects by managing timelines, resources and communications.
*Other administrative support - preparation of PowerPoint presentations, assisting with time recording, billing and credit control, conflict checks, file opening etc
Key skills and experience:
*Prior experience in a law firm supporting at Partner level
*Experience in coordinating international business trips and conferences
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Ability to work calmly under pressure
