This interim role has arisen following a recent acquisition. You will play a pivotal part in the financial reporting process, ensuring the smooth production of consolidated statutory accounts and subsidiary accounts in compliance with IFRS.
Duties will include:
*Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
*Producing subsidiary accounts to meet statutory deadlines.
*Ensuring compliance with the US GAAP reporting requirements of the acquiring organisation
*Supporting audit processes and responding to queries.
*Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights post-acquisition.
About the Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a practice-trained Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in preparing consolidated statutory and subsidiary accounts. A thorough understanding of IFRS and US GAAP is essential, along with the ability to manage reporting in a fast-paced environment.
