Job Description:
Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a Large Support Services Business on a 6-month Contract paying £80,000 - £85,000 per annum (pro-rata depending on experience). This role is hybrid, working in South-West England and the rest from home.
Responsibilities:
*Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights, decision support, and profitability analysis to drive performance and meet contractual obligations.
*Recommend pricing, margin optimisation, and efficiency improvements, balancing customer needs with business risks and returns.
*Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence to ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and effective planning and forecasting.
*Support portfolio strategy and new business opportunities with market analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
*Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, facilitating negotiations, collaboration, and the successful implementation of the Finance Operating Model.
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:
*Qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and add value in complex, contract-driven environments.
*Strong commercial acumen with experience linking financial and non-financial value drivers.
*Skilled in problem-solving, offering practical solutions, and driving execution.
*Effective at influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts with key stakeholders.
*Adept at interpreting incomplete data and exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
*Builds trust and strong relationships with teams and stakeholders, fostering open, direct communication.
