Job Description:
Are you an exceptional Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a talented and experienced PA to join their team for a 3 month contract in Liverpool. With a stimulating work environment, our client offers a dynamic and rewarding role.
Pay: £19.23-£21.97 hourly
Hours: 35 hours weekly
Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising events.
*Handle communication on behalf of the employer, including phone calls, emails, and drafting documents.
*Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
*Manage documentation systems and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
*Assist in organising corporate events and prioritising tasks.
*Support the employer with personal errands and maintain confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office software and tools.
*Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
*Professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Requirements
*Must have Data Room System Experience
*Must have personal assistant experience
