Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting for Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic independent Estate Agency brand in South-East London.
The Agency prides itself on being a trusted name in property. They provide expert property services across London, with a focus on integrity, exceptional customer service, and local market expertise. As a growing agency, they are looking for a driven and passionate Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team and help them continue delivering outstanding property solutions for their clients.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and landlords, whether you’re seasoned in property sales or looking to take the next step in your Estate Agency career.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
*Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
*Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
*Keeping up-to-date with the latest property market trends, pricing, and local developments.
*Delivering exceptional customer service to clients at every stage of the process.
This client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about the property market. You will bring:
*Previous experience in property sales or lettings.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Proven track record of hitting targets.
*A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
The package:
*£28,000 basic salary.
*Scaling office commission structure.
*Competitive holiday package.
*Minimum OTE £60,000+.
*Team incentives such as trips abroad.
