Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: Wrexham, UK
Salary: 23k - 25k
Contract Details: Full-time, permanent position
Responsibilities:
*Assist senior members of our client’s organisation in compiling accurate and insightful presentations to empower our clients and meet their needs.
*Facilitate tactical activities across the Insights team to ensure a seamless workflow.
*Listen to client recordings and promptly action any points, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
*Proactively work with our teams to add value to the client journey through dynamic content campaigns.
*Provide timely and accurate feedback to address any issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
*Maintain processes and systems to support the entire team effectively.
*Have a strong understanding of our client’s organisation, including its history, methodology, and products.
*Set an example of excellence in data presentations by staying ahead of new developments in PowerPoint.
*Commit to professional development and stay informed on employee engagement and other relevant areas.
*Assist in managing the CEO’s diary for Data Insight meetings, ensuring maximum efficiency.
*Support clients and internal team members with related support activity.
