Homelessness Support Worker
Shrewsbury
Full time, Temporary
Hours: 12pm - 8pm
£12.51 - £13.00 PAYE
Sellick Partnership are currently supporting the recruitment of a homelessness support worker. The homelessness support worker will work in a supported living environment providing housing advice for vulnerable service users.
Duties of the Homelessness Support Worker role will include, but are not limited to:
*Undertaking risk assessments, referrals and recovery plans
*Offering guidance and support surrounding tenancy sustainment/ tenancy management
*Signposting to other services and enabling multi-agency working
*Helping residents to secure further accommodation
The successful candidate will have:
*Enhanced DBS
*Experience in working with vulnerable groups such as; mental health, ex-offenders, and homeless
