Quality Systems Manager - Drive Excellence in Supplier and Quality Management!

We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our clients Supplier Management team and play a key role in upholding the highest standards of quality. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the quality systems that underpin the success in delivering exceptional healthcare products.
What You’ll Do: *Lead Supplier Management: Manage supplier approval, audits, re-evaluations, and non-conformances, ensuring timely actions and smooth operations.
*Collaborate & Support: Work closely with the Supplier Cross Functional Team (SCFT) to resolve issues and ensure materials meet our exacting standards.
*Quality Oversight: Maintain incoming material specifications, coordinate supplier change notifications, and support our Quality Manual and Plans.
*Audit Excellence: Organise and participate in internal and external site audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
*Empower Quality Systems: Support critical quality activities, including non-conformance (NC), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), risk management, and post-market programs.
*Lead Quality Metrics: Collate, analyse, and report on quality metrics, ensuring insights drive continuous improvement.
*Drive Leadership: Facilitate Management Reviews, ensuring key quality aspects are highlighted and addressed with actionable solutions.
What We’re Looking For: *Educational Foundation: A science qualification is desirable, with essential knowledge of ISO standards and 3-5 years of experience in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.
*Audit Expertise: Previous lead auditor experience is a must; IVDD/IVDR knowledge is a bonus!
*Problem-Solving Mindset: Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
*People Skills: Ability to build effective working relationships and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
*Motivation & Accountability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
