Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Wrexham, UK
Salary: 25k - 27k
Contract Details: Full-time, permanent position
Responsibilities:
*Facilitate exceptional product experiences for our clients, ensuring they maximise their investment with the client.
*Utilise clear verbal and written communication skills to assist clients in navigating their journey with our products.
*Take client feedback seriously and share insights to prevent client churn and increase product adoption.
*Develop educational resources to accelerate client onboarding and drive rapid product adoption.
*Deliver navigational demonstrations digitally and automate tools to optimise product utilisation.
*Offer efficient and effective solutions to client queries through various channels, including our Help Centre and case, telephone, or video calls.
*Identify client needs and provide guidance on utilising specific product features.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively enhance the overall client experience.
*Triage technical bugs and issues, ensuring swift resolution by collecting pertinent information and minimising clients’ touchpoints.
*Troubleshoot and follow our Incident Management process to resolve client problems promptly.
*Identify growth opportunities and work with Client Outcomes to strengthen the Company Community.
*Stay commercially aware by proactively seeking knowledge in employee engagement and industry changes.
*Safeguard personal data by handling and processing it lawfully, transparently, and confidentially.
Skills / Traits:
*Self-motivated, organised, and driven, with the ability to handle a demanding workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Warm, positive, and confident communicator, capable of effectively demonstrating and navigating products digitally.
*Market-savvy, understanding key customer behaviours.
*Team player, willing to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
*Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
