Description
As the Quality Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
*Develop and implement quality standards for industrial/manufacturing processes
*Conduct audits, create reports, and recommend improvements
*Collaborate with engineering teams to set in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
*Train manufacturing teams on new processes and standards
*Monitor all operations that affect quality and provide feedback
*Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety
*Be involved in planning and implementing quality control and inspection systems
*Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
*HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
*Certified training in Quality Control and Performance Management
*Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes
*Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software
*Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
Job Offer
*A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per year
*Up to 18% Pension
*24 days holiday
