Working split shifts from 6am-10am and 2pm-6pm, Monday to Friday, you’ll ensure the school is a clean, secure, and positive place for pupils and staff alike. Your Role as a Primary School Caretaker:
*Early Bird Tasks (6am-10am): Open the school, perform security checks, and ensure classrooms and facilities are ready for the day ahead.
*Afternoon Duties (2pm-6pm): Oversee maintenance tasks, manage minor repairs, and prepare the school for the next day.
*Keep grounds tidy, liaise with contractors, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
*Be a friendly face for staff, children, and parents, embodying the school’s values.
