Salary: Up to £40k Basic + Uncapped Earning Potential
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Motrgage Broker to join a thriving and expanding mortgage brokerage based South of Oxford.
Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Broker, you will work closely with the Director to provide clients with clear, concise, and professional advice in key areas such as:
*Mortgages
*General Insurance
*Life Insurance
*Critical Illness Cover
*Accident, Sickness, and Unemployment (ASU) Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
*Offering mortgage advice and associated prodicts to meet the individual needs of clients
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice
*Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer service
*Working closely with the Director to achieve brokerage goals

Requirements:
*Proven experience as an independent Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor
*Strong knowledge of morrtgage and protection insurance products, including Life, Critical Illness, and ASU
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
