Job Description:
*Role: Energy Sales Consultant
*Location: Fully Remote
*Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Responsibilities: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will:
*Make outbound B2B sales calls to our existing customer portfolio. These customers are in their renewal window, seeking to renegotiate their energy tariffs.
*Handle hot leads generated by our Lead Generation team.
*Establish customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
*Liaise with energy providers to source the right solutions.
*Provide accurate written quotations to customers while maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
*Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
*Utilize a consultative and value-driven approach to negotiate and close sales.
*Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
*Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
*At least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B telesales environment.
*Familiarity with the energy sector.
*Self-motivated and target-driven.
*Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
*Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Initiative and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
*A collaborative team player who can work under pressure.
Compensation: We offer an industry-leading package:
*Base salary: £28 - 30,000 pa
*Uncapped commission
