Sales Development Representative
Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £35,000 + company bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a global learning based solutions provider. The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal part in assisting the wider sales team in growing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
*Identify potential clients through research, networking and lead generation
*Through prospecting and developing relationships identify businesses needs, requirements and pain points
*Working cross functionally with the global sales team consistently identify opportunities for the wider business with full knowledge of the bespoke solutions on offer
Skills and Requirements:
* Experience within a learning solutions business is highly desirable
*Ability to adapt to differing clients, confident in dealing with key decisions makers within global organisations
*A driven, tenacious salesperson who thrives on delivering results
*A passion for overcoming pain points within a business through solution based selling
*This role is hybrid/remote
