FP&A Manager - Warrington - Temporary to Permanent - Up to £60k - Hybrid Working
A dynamic and growing business based in Warrington is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of financial planning and analysis for a forward-thinking organization. Key Responsibilities *Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and oversee the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
*Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business decision-making.
*Management Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
*KPI Development and Monitoring: Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key business partner to department heads, offering financial guidance and support to achieve company objectives.
*Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to existing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
*Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
What We’re Looking For *ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
*Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex business environment.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems.
