About You:
*Hold a UK driving license (or are currently learning).
*Have a UK passport or UK settlement with no work restrictions (we do not sponsor).
Your Role
In your first year, you will:
* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.
* Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
* Collaborate with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
* Hit weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
* Earn commission every step of the way.
After Graduation
Upon completing your first year, you’ll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
* Business Development
* Margin Negotiation
* Safeguarding
* Handling Difficult Conversations
* Customer Service and Time Management
Support and Mentorship
From the start, you’ll receive comprehensive support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You’ll be learning from some of the top consultants in the education recruitment sector as you grow and develop your skills.
