Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, confident in all aspects of purchase ledger duties, to complement their friendly finance team. What you’ll do:
*Responsible for matching checking and coding invoices using the 3-way process in SAP
*Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolving disputes
*Assist with vendor payment runs
*Help with month end closure
*Processing staff expenses including auditing and processing regular reports
*Accurate data entry/recording
*VAT calculations and other compliance checks
