Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a fast growing wholesale business in Nottingham. They have been in rapid growth for a number of years, and this is an excellent time to join this business.
This is a Permanent role, and they are looking for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience. You will play a vital role in the wider Finance team, providing ongoing support to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities include:
*Processing a high volume of invoices, accurately and on time
*Resolving queries and dealing with discrepancies
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Liaising with suppliers
*Supplier payment runs
*Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements for the role:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Administrator role
*Experience of invoice reconciliation and AP processes
*Strong user of Excel is essential
*Confident communicator at all levels
*Good analytical ability and methodical approach
*Keen attention to detail and problem solving mind
Your package:
*Full-time, permanent role - Salary £24,450
*37.5 hours per week
*Hybrid working - 3 days on-site and 2 days’ remote
*Flexible working hours
