Business Development Manager - Home Based
Are you a successful Business Development specialist looking for a new challenge?
Do you have the drive and tenacity to identify potential customers and implement strategies to secure new business?
I am supporting a growing organisation that are keen to find an additional member to join their small, successful team. They have a UK and Global presence in the market and offer unique and solutions based services and products.
The successful candidate will need evidence of reaching and exceeding targets within a BD role.
My client is open to sector background and would need someone that is happy to travel to various sites including Kings Lynn and Towcester for team meetings as and when required.
Responsibilities will include:
*Identifying potential customers and implementing strategies to secure their business.
*Contacting, qualifying and converting leads received from multiple Lead Generation channels.
*Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
*Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive and relevant to customers.
*Working closely with other departments (e.g. Design, Lead Generation & Marketing) to ensure a unified approach to business development.
*Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients to present the company’s products/services and negotiate contracts.
*Preparing detailed business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
*Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
*Collect and analyse feedback from clients to improve products/services and address any issues promptly.
If you are a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work alone and within a team, able to plan and prioritise business development activities and respond quickly to changing requirements, this could be your next career move.
You will also have good interpersonal and IT skills with experience of using CRM, sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office efficiently and effectively.
