We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to enhance our machine learning (ML), analysis, modelling, and data processing capabilities. Your insights and contributions to this high-profile project will be prominently recognized and valued.
Responsibilities -
*Implement existing methodologies to create robust house price indices.
*Collaborate with the Principal Data Scientist to improve valuation performance in niche geographic areas.
*Advance our AVM models to ensure they are at the forefront of innovation.
*Design and roll out new valuation models and techniques leveraging millions of unique data points.
*Analyze and interpret model results, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Skills Required
*Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Proven experience thriving in small, agile teams or SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises).
*A proactive "can-do" attitude with a commitment to supporting fellow team members.
*Ability to excel under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
*At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist
*Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
*Expertise in analyzing, processing, and interpreting extensive datasets.
*Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
*Strong expertise in Python programming.
Desirable Qualifications
*Experience working with property data.
*Knowledge of geospatial analysis.
*Familiarity with text manipulation and extraction techniques.
