Job Description:
Our client a high-end estate agency with various offices in affluent areas of London, are looking for a Tenancy Progressor to join their team. Ideal candidates will have relevant Property Administration experience.

Based in North London, you will be joining a dynamic lettings team in a vibrant and buzzy office! The client offers ample career prospects, progression and good benefits.

Key skills include:
* Facilitating the tenancy progression process for tenants and landlords.
* Managing the pre-tenancy stage of the lettings process, leasing with both tenants and landlords.
* Lettings Database Management, ensuring property particulars, lettings contracts, tenant and landlord details are correct and up to date.
* Pre-tenancy management: inventories, check in procedures etc
* Completing tenant reference checks
* File management for all lettings documentation
* Fee Management - Creating invoices for fees due where necessary.
* Deposit Registration Management (TDS) - Ensuring that all security deposits are registered in line with current regulation.

You will have:
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills
