Location: Hybrid (3 days in London office)

Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Head of Ecom and Performance, you’ll:
*Drive SEO, boost traffic, and optimise site performance to maximise conversions.
*Develop content strategies that guide customers through the funnel, ensuring their journey ends with a purchase.
*Lead content and merchandising efforts across web and app platforms, elevating the customer experience.

*Proven Results in E-Commerce: Your commercial awareness and track record of success speak for themselves.
*Team Leadership: Previous managerial experience, with a knack for upskilling and empowering your team.
*Cross-Platform Expertise: Experience crafting web and app content (web view and native).
*Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and a solid grasp of CRO and marketing pixel tracking.
