Telesales & Marketing Assistant, Rugby
Salary £23,000 per annum - OTE £25,000 per annum
Hybrid Option after the probationary period
Hours 9 am - 5 pm and 4.30 pm (Friday)

Exciting opportunity to join the Sales & Marketing Team
Providing Marketing support services to the company’s prospects and customers.
Telesales and Channel Marketing to gain new business appointments and promote this
company’s services.
• Preference given to those with previous experience in B2B telesales.
• Engaging, maintaining and fostering good relations with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media, mail shot and mail contact.
• Gaining valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Team.
• Organising, generating and sending mailings and e-shots out for the business.
• Supporting the Direct Marketing Team in generating leads amongst prospects for Sales Executives.
• Providing a high level of customer service internally and externally.
• IT literate and experienced in using a database/CRM tool.
• Must be creative and have the ability to maintain accurate information and data.
• Must be able to work to KPI’s
Skills required:
Excellent telephone manner essential
Preference given to those with experience within Telesales/Customer Services/Marketing
Good MS Office skills
Relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Consideration given to enthusiastic graduates seeking a role within Sales & Marketing
