Kenneth Brian Associates, are recruiting for a leader in their field as they look for an interim Finance Manager to join their team for a period of 6 months to cover sick leave.
Main Duties:
*Management of a small team of 5 with 1 direct report.
*Month and year-end Profit and Loss accounts
*Manage company’s ongoing monthly and annual cashflow and produce budgets and forecasts
*Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, executed and monitored
*Monitor all accounts including processing all invoices for purchases and sales
*Preparing financials statements
*Process quarterly VAT returns
*Manage Fixed Asset Register
*Monthly Management Accounts
*All reconciliations
*Supervise preparation of monthly payments to creditors
*Month end procedures - including prepayments and accruals
*Monthly Payroll and Commission calculations
*Liaison with Directors / External Accountant
About You:
*Intermediate/Advanced Excel
*MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE
*Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
*Staff management experience
