Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team based in Middlesbrough.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be managing casework and conducting reviews, including face-to-face visits five days a week, with two days working from an office setting. You will be supporting adults aged 65+ with mental health needs, primarily dementia, within the Older Persons Mental Health Team.

Qualifications and Experiences:
We are looking for a Social Worker who is registered with Social Work England, eligible to work in the UK, and holds a full UK license. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in social work and possess a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
