What You’ll Do:
*Lead & Inspire: Oversee audit teams, ensuring top-notch quality and compliance.
*Take Charge: Manage a variety of high-profile, fast-growing international clients.
*Strategic Player: Help shape the firm’s audit strategy and align it with its growth plans.
*Mentor the Next Gen: Cultivate rising stars in the audit world, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
*Grow the Business: Tap into new markets and opportunities, expanding the firm’s client base.
What We’re Looking For:

*Post-RI experience (0-3 years).
*A solid understanding of audit software (CaseWare preferred).
*Expertise in financial frameworks (IFRS, FRS102).
*The drive to lead major audit projects and bring fresh ideas to the table.
*ACA or ACCA qualifications.
Why You Should Apply For This Audit Director Role:
*Salary: £120k+ for 2-3 years post-RI experience.
*Perks: Share scheme participation, discretionary bonuses, and hybrid working (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
*Global Exposure: Opportunities for international travel and working with clients across high-growth sectors.
*Benefits: Private medical insurance, pension, and more.
How to Apply to this Audit Director Role:
This is a highly confidential search, so if you’re ready to take the next step in your career, submit your CV directly for consideration. First-round interviews will be via MS Teams, followed by an in-person meeting for shortlisted candidates.
