Job Description:
Global Accounting Network are partnered with a leading UK provider of flexible business space that is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As an FP&A Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst to drive profitability and support the company’s growth strategy. Your responsibilities will span budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and database management, while partnering with operational teams to deliver valuable insights that shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities *Contribute to the delivery of annual budgets and forecasting of commercial KPIs.
*Work with budget managers to prepare the annual budget.
*Prepare quarterly operational reports and internal financial data.
*Manage site investment trackers, fixed asset reconciliations, and accruals.
*Analyze financial trends, forecasts, and renewal pricing strategies.
*Support month-end and year-end processes, half-yearly valuations, and financial modeling.
*Maintain and update SQL databases and pipelines to ensure data accuracy.
*Enhance Power BI reporting capabilities and support commercial data analysis.
What You’ll Bring *Experience in FP&A or a related financial role (desirable).
*Proficiency in Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint skills.
*Familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL, DAX, and PowerBI.
*Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
