Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a Projects Coordinator, managing special projects for our national and global key accounts. As Projects Coordinator you are the point of contact for all stakeholders including NPD, China and European factories, the sales team and design etc. Pulling all aspects of Key Account project together, meeting deadlines, managing Critical Path, resolving all issues and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with project as well as ensuring all stakeholders meet their individual deadlines. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have experience of managing projects in an FMCG environment as well as experience of managing Key Accounts including Critical Path Management. Overview of the role
You will have responsibility for managing special projects for Key Retail Accounts for example Mother’s Day and Christmas Gift sets, liaising with Sales who take briefs from their customers, and then managing that project to completion; acting as the point of contact with all internal stakeholders such as Design teams, the UK and overseas factories, making sure all departments meet deadlines, checking samples come into the business on time for client approval, packaging and design meet requirements, communicating with sales any issues, problem solving etc
Role and Responsibilties
*Working with the customer on all projects
*Working with all re-packing warehouses
*Managing all costs included within re-packing project for customer / sales person approval
*Manage all operations duties for "special customers" - these include any large customer who require special attention
*Working with our design, NPD, technical teams
*To raise all Purchase and Sales Orders
*Manage and update all Critical Paths
*To work with our sales agents / customers to deliver the best service
*Update all SAP dates ensuring these are in the correct months, including payment dates and shipment dates once booked
*Working with our warehouse for speedy picking and dispatch to the customer
Skills Required for the role:
*Essential is the experience in managing Projects in a FMCG environment from initial concept through to completion
*Strong SAP or Excel skills to update project process
*Critical Path Management
*Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
*Calm, work well under pressure and able to build exceptional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
*Someone who takes responsibility and can work to strict deadlines
