Your Role:
As a Marine Sales Administrator, you will:
*Be the go-to person for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth operations between Sales Managers, Engineers, and customers.
*Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders in ERP systems like Navision or SAP.
*Coordinate with dispatch teams and prepare shipping documents for seamless delivery.
*Provide top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
*Review and refine sales quotations for accuracy and compliance with policies.
*Assist with risk assessments and manage key documentation for projects.
*Support the sales and service teams with presentations, drawings, and technical materials.
About You:
*Experience: A proven background in sales administration, preferably with technical or engineering products.
*Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with UK and European shipping processes (including Ireland).
*Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and Microsoft Office.
*Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment while managing your workload independently.
*Bonus Points: Experience with Ministry of Defence products is a plus!
