This company is a large international automotive business with a large office based in Warwick which houses their Accounts team and more specifically, the Tax team where this roles resides.
Your new role
This role will be reporting into the Tax Manager and will be looking after VAT returns for both the English and Irish sides of the business, reviewing and approving the VAT returns, dealing with PAYE settlement agreement returns and dealing with the UK and Irish VAT registrations.
What you’ll need to succeed
They are looking for someone that either has experience within an accounts role involving tax elements or is studying their AAT or ACCA qualifications as these also provide knowledge of VAT and tax. They also need somebody with intermidiate excel skills including Vlookup’s and Pivot tables.
