Operations Manager - Residential Block Management
Salary: £50-55k + Car Allowance

The Role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of large, complex residential sites. Your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering a top-tier property management service in compliance with regulations and company standards.
*Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and residents, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
*Managing service charge budgets and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, including major works and Section 20 consultations.
*Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Property Managers, fostering their professional growth.
*Taking ownership of compliance, health, and safety across your region with a meticulous, proactive approach.
The Person
You’re a seasoned professional with a proven track record in UK block management. We’re looking for someone who:
*Thrives on exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional customer service.
*Is experienced in managing complex portfolios and compliance challenges.
*Has a natural ability to lead, support, and inspire a team.
*Possesses a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
