Corporate Finance Associate (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA) - Swindon - Qualified Accountant
Location: Swindon
Salary: £50,000 + benefits

About the Role:
As a Corporate Finance Partner/Associate, you’ll work closely with a team of seasoned professionals to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts/buy-ins, and fundraising deals across various sectors. You’ll oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless deal execution and strong client relationships. With mentorship from experienced Corporate Finance professionals, you’ll gain invaluable expertise as part of a small but growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage client relationships and transactions from inception to completion
*Participate in client meetings and contribute to deal structuring
*Prepare financial models and business plans to support transactions
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth execution of deals
*Handle all stages of the transaction process, from initial negotiations to finalization
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background in audit or broad commercial experience in practice or industry
*Passion for Corporate Finance with a desire to work on high-profile deals
*While experience in acquisitions and disposals is beneficial, it is not required
*Strong communication skills to foster client relationships and influence outcomes
*Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and deliver high-quality results
*A valid UK driving license
