Job Description:
We are now working with an engineering organisation who are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team in Norwich. While this is primarily a turning role, no specific turning experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC setting and operating.

Key Responsibilities
*Set up and operate CNC machines
*Program and adjust machine parameters as needed
*Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
*Perform quality checks and measurements
*Maintain accurate production records
*Follow health and safety procedures
*Work collaboratively within the engineering team
Required Skills
*Proven 3-year track record in CNC setting and operating
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Good mathematical skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Problem-solving abilities
*Good communication skills
*Reliable and punctual
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday
*39 hours per week
*Day shift pattern
