Job Description:
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (Bonus, Hybrid working & Excellent benefits)
Our client is a well-known, reputable Wealth Management company that has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch financial planning and guidance to its broad clientele, which includes trusts, charities, and high net worth people. In order to ensure that their financial advisers are supported in providing first-rate financial advice and service to their large clientele, they are currently seeking applications from Financial Administrators with a minimum of one year of IFA/Private client administration experience in order to expand their support team. A gifted person has a great opportunity to advance in the field of private client wealth management and will receive the assistance they need to reach their professional objectives.
Among the responsibilities of the Financial Administrator are (but are not restricted to):
*Putting together client meeting materials and handling action items after the meeting.
*Generating plan timelines and client portfolio summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
*Handling new business in accordance with corporate policies and legal specifications.
*Communicating with customers and providers, giving clients regular updates on the status of their advice.
*Assisting in the month-end data compilation.
*keeping activity/task lists in Intelligent Office and adhering to company strategies and policies for data entry requirements.
*Handling financial transfers and updating valuation information.
*Managing advisors’ diaries and scheduling client meetings.
Oversee the continual client review process for every adviser, making sure that it is structured in accordance with the terms of the Client Service and Fee Agreement.
Essentially, you will have received experience in Financial Services Administration—more precisely, wealth management and financial advice—during your study year through an internship or placement year. Furthermore, as a Financial Administrator you will have: Exceptional organisational abilities, outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities (listening, presenting, diplomacy, influencing) Exhibit a resolute dedication to running a productive and successful business. Have a track record of precisely, punctually, and according to SLAs providing all work a cheerful, enthusiastic mindset and a readiness to pick up new abilities
