Join a public sector organisation in Sheffield as a Contact Centre Agent. This role involves handling calls from the public regarding repairs. The position offers a structured work schedule and the opportunity to engage with the community by providing essential support and information.
Day-to-day of the role: *Answer incoming calls from the public concerning repair issues, providing timely and accurate information.
*Log all calls and repair requests into the system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
*Provide excellent customer service, addressing all queries with professionalism and empathy.
*Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
*Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to streamline service delivery.
*Adhere to all organisational guidelines and policies to maintain service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred.
*Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
*Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval.
*Empathetic and patient, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Benefits: *Competitive hourly rate of £12.
*Structured working hours (37 hours per week) on a rota basis, hours between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
