Role Overview:
As a Management Accountant, you will be a key contributor in shaping critical business decisions by providing accurate financial data and analysis. Your work will help us improve our financial performance, drive cost efficiencies, and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets aligned with company goals. Perform financial forecasting to predict future performance.
*Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs related to operations, projects, and products, identifying areas for improvement and savings.
*Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, providing actionable insights for the leadership team.
*Strategic Planning: Support long-term business planning by delivering financial insights and scenario analysis.
*Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability and support business expansion.
*Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, while helping maintain strong internal controls.
*Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis for special projects and business initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) required.
*Experience: Demonstrated experience in management accounting, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.
*Skills: Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
*Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
