Duties
*Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
*Conduct legal research to support corporate transactions and initiatives.
*Advise on regulatory issues affecting the organisation’s operations.
*Represent the company in negotiations with external parties.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on legal strategies.
*Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the business sector.

*Experience in Group Structuring
