Job Description:
Morgan McKinley are pleased to be supporting an PE backed client in North Bristol looking for a Netsuite Product Manager. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for a netsuite specialist.
The responsibilities include:
*Conduct comprehensive reviews of current billing processes and systems.
*Perform gap analyses of SuiteBilling versus manual processes and identify inefficiencies.
*Design and implement streamlined billing workflows, collaborating with IT and finance for seamless integration.
*Train teams on new systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
*Manage multiple NetSuite projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
*Establish a model office to test and refine O2C processes and systems.
*Lead training programs and pilot testing to drive smooth adoption of new workflows.
*Document best practices and maintain the model office as a hub for finance transformation.
*Allocate resources effectively and address gaps to ensure project success.
*Develop change management plans to support transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Build business cases for new projects and drive large-scale changes, implementing lessons learned.
The package:
*Salary - Depending on experience - to around £80,000
*25 days annual leave
*Hybrid working - 2 days in office
*Competitive benefits package
