Job Description:
Product Manager
*Location: Remote (with required travel throughout the UK and internationally)
*Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
Would you like to join an innovative Product Innovation Team, working with a well respected, global aviation brand’s digital ecosystem.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the strategic roadmap of owned domain(s) in line with our Product Framework. This role is pivotal in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products and identifying new opportunities within the market.
Day to Day of the role:
*Define and manage the strategic roadmap of owned domain(s) alongside the Product Framework.
*Create roadmaps, product, and portfolio reporting to guide product positioning and identify stakeholder problems for each persona.
*Conduct research and development to gather, analyse, and manage business requirements.
*Evaluate potential solutions and understand their development impact through detailed analysis.
*Align with business goals and OKRs to determine the roadmap capacity plan and prioritise using the Opportunity Scoring framework.
*Define go-to-market strategies and success metrics, including product launch plans.
*Provide domain expertise, good practice guidelines, and training materials to support our customers and the wider business.
*Support Product Owners in executing roadmap initiatives, including requirement communication, backlog item prioritisation, and release sign-offs.
*Collaborate with the wider business to provide product expertise and understand customer needs and market opportunities.
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and support partnerships from a product perspective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Prior aviation experience in the following:
*Component Trading,
*Asset Management,
*Leasing,
*Engineering Maintenance,
*Airworthiness
*Proven experience in product management, within a software or technology environment.
*Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
*Ability to create and manage strategic roadmaps and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
*Experience in conducting research and development for product innovation.
*Willingness to travel as required for team collaboration and customer visits.
