Key Responsibilities:
*Contact potential customers to inform them about products and services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
*Follow up on internal and website leads.
*Answer questions about the products and services that are on offer.
*Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
*Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
*Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
*After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.

Skills & Experience:
*Good communication skills and telephone manner.
