Positions available include a range of permanent, contract and shift-based work.
Ideally you will have a current enhanced DBS on the update service.
Expereince in a similar position and/or relevant qualifications are essential to be considered for these vacancies.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs. Each day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include:
*Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
*Supporting clients to stay active, whether that’s attending appointments, taking part in social activities, or exploring hobbies.
*Promoting independence and encouraging confidence in daily life.
*Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
*Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of helping people live comfortably and independently. Your day-to-day duties may include:
*Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
*Supporting individuals with mobility, including the use of aids or hoists.
*Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
*Personal care.
*Carrying out light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
*Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes.
