Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

Reed Legal are looking to recruit a Paralegal that possesses experience in either Conveyancing or Property Litigation on the behalf of a Property Management company based in Thurrock. See below for key details…
Duties
*Assisting with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.
*Managing a substantial and varied caseload.
*Implementing and enforcing internal policies.
*Collaborating with insurance brokers and evaluating internal provisions for cases.
*Developing and enhancing legal processes for debt recovery and tenancy agreements.
*Providing preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases, including preparing letters and documents.
Experience
*Possesses at least 2 years experience within Property Litigation or Conveyancing
*Will consider candidates that have worked in house or in private practice
*Law degree ideal
*Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with your team
