Role: Family Paralegal
Location: Ilford
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Reed Legal are looking to recruit a Family Paralegal on the behalf of a small but welcoming Law Firm based in Ilford.
Duties…
*Regularly interacting with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions.
*Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
*Drafting legal documents such as forms, letters, petitions, motions, pleadings, agreements, and affidavits.
*Organizing and maintaining case files, including evidence and correspondence.
*Preparing and filing documents with the court.
*Identifying and preparing witnesses for court appearances.
*Assisting in the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing documents and evidence.
*Helping prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits and trial notebooks.
Experience needed…
*A minimum of one years experience working as a Paralegal in a family law department
