Job Description:
Our client is a family run, Kent business, offering services to the construction, agricultural and landscaping industry’s. They are looking to expand their Customer team and have two roles for Account Managers available.
This opportunity will suit someone with an organised mind and inbox. You’ll be handling inbound sales requests so an ability to turn around quotes and manage the process through to completion is key. It’s a busy team where attention to detail matters. If you’ve good people skills, are organised and able prioritise then we’d like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities *You’ll look after a range of customer accounts. You’ll get to know them and their businesses, look after quotes for them, keep on top of their orders and be on hand to answer any questions.
*The team are busy so being able to keep on top of a variety of different requests, quotes and queries is important. You’ll be good at managing your inbox and ensuring that nothing gets missed.
*In team meetings you’ll be responsible for giving updates on account status and progress
*You’ll keep up to date with industry trends so you can provide insights and a consultative approach for clients
*Be a team player, communicate well.
Your experience *Experience either in sales, account management or a role where organisation and attention to detail was key
*Experience in an industry where and working to find tailored solutions for clients was the norm.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under your own initiative whilst also being a team player
*Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software would be useful
What’s on offer?
This is a full-time role, though there could be some flex for the right fit, Monday to Friday hours, no weekend work. Salary circa £35,000 with a bonus scheme on top. This is a well-established family run business, they have a great reputation and offer top products and service. It will suit someone looking for a long term move, a company where there is stability, longevity and good people to work with.
