A great opportunity for an experience IT Service Analyst providing 1st-2nd Line support to users across multiple sites nationwide!
What you’ll be doing:
*Hardware and software support
*Asset management - configure, deploy, document management
*Laptop and hardware roll outs
*User access and permissions management
*Escalate complex issues to outsource partners
*Point of escalation for junior Analyst
*Managing tickets via phone, email and ticketing system
*Ownership of project work

To succeed:
*Minimum of 2 years working in a relevant role
*Proficient with hardware and software support
*Worked with Microsoft systems and applications
*Understanding of VMware
*Organised and methodical approach to tasks
*Worked with LAN and WAN networks
*Driving licence - ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK

Benefits:
*Salary of £30,000-32,000
